As an American businessperson who lived in Denmark for years, I know the challenges that are common to native Danes and others for whom English is not their mother language. I coach clients across industries in presentation skills and write English-language content for websites, brochures, and other marketing collateral. I also do editing/copyediting. I've taught courses and workshops in Denmark on public speaking, networking skills, and editing/writing, and I worked at New York University's Stern School of Business, Roskilde University, and Copenhagen Business School. I served as VP of Communications and Marketing for the Professional Women's Network-Copenhagen and consulted for the mission-driven social impact consultancy Impact Collaborative.

What do I know about presentations?
While working at NYU, I traveled worldwide organizing nearly 2,000 international presentations by top businessmen and women, academics, politicians, and other leaders. I observed the many ways in which non-native English speakers can succeed or fail when presenting important material in the English language. I know what makes a strong, engaging speech. And I understand the discomfort and fear many have when presenting in a foreign language; my coaching reflects the sensitivity and insight needed for working with any language level.
